I got very upset today. My dad was supposed to take me to the Barnstable County Fair today… (My mom took me the other day.) He said we couldn’t go because of the weather, which at the time was very rainy…. I was determined to go and told him it would clear up, but he said no. Then, (of course) when it came the time that we would have arrived there, not a cloud was in the sky. No rain, just sun. I hate days like these. Why couldn’t it just have rained? I would have felt a lot better….

I hate it when that kind of thing happens. We were going to go again the night Eddie Money played, but we decided not to. We might have seen each other there!
